Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Lima
Arrival in Lima. Airport transfer and free time to acclimatize and explore the city.
Day 2: Paracas & Ballestas Islands
Excursion to Paracas, including a boat tour to the Ballestas Islands and a visit to the Paracas National Reserve. Lunch included. In the afternoon, bus transfer to Nazca.
Day 3: The Mysterious Nazca Lines
Optional overflight of the Nazca Lines, observing these enigmatic geoglyphs from above. Overnight bus to Arequipa.
Day 4: Discovering Arequipa
Private city tour, including the Santa Catalina Monastery, main squares, and viewpoints. Free afternoon to explore.
Day 5: Colca Canyon Adventure
Start of the 2-day/1-night Colca Canyon tour. Visit traditional villages and admire stunning Andean landscapes.
Day 6: Condors & Andean Landscapes
Visit the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint. Afternoon transfer to Puno.
Day 7: Local Life on Lake Titicaca
Start of the 2-day/1-night Lake Titicaca tour, including a homestay on Amantani Island with local families.
Day 8: Sailing Lake Titicaca
Visit Taquile Island and return to Puno. Free time.
Day 9: Route of the Sun to Cusco
Bus journey from Puno to Cusco, with scenic stops along the Andean highlands.
Day 10: Cusco City Tour
Visit Qorikancha, the Cathedral, and traditional neighborhoods. Free afternoon.
Day 11: Inca Trail – Day 1
Begin the 4-day/3-night Inca Trail trek. Hike through ancient paths surrounded by stunning landscapes and archaeological sites.
Day 12: Inca Trail – Day 2
Continue trekking through mountains and valleys, visiting Inca ruins and enjoying nature.
Day 13: Inca Trail – Day 3
Approach archaeological sites near Machu Picchu and prepare for the next day’s highlight.
Day 14: Machu Picchu – Wonder of the World
Guided tour of Machu Picchu, exploring the citadel and learning about its history. Return to Cusco in the afternoon.
Day 15: Departure from Cusco
Transfer to the airport. End of the journey.
